Job Description

We are hiring cement mixer drivers for local routes in Alabama, delivering ready-mix concrete from batch plants to construction sites. You will operate mixer drum controls and discharge chutes, running 5-8 loads per day within 30 miles of the plant.

Alabama offers strong freight demand driven by automotive manufacturing and aerospace & defense. Major pickup and delivery points include Birmingham, Mobile, Huntsville, with heavy traffic along I-65 (north-south spine). Whether you are based in Birmingham or anywhere in AL, we have loads moving through your area.

Requirements

  • Valid CDL-B license (CDL-A accepted)
  • 6 months commercial driving experience preferred
  • Clean MVR
  • Current DOT medical card
  • Ability to operate mixer drum and discharge chutes
  • Comfortable on construction sites
