Maryland CDL Requirements Checklist
You must meet all of the following requirements to obtain a CDL in Maryland.
Minimum Age: 18 years old
Age 18 for intrastate (within Maryland) driving. Must be 21 for interstate (crossing state lines).
Residency Requirement
Must be a Maryland resident. Maryland driver license required. Proof of legal presence and SSN required.
DOT Medical Card
